The late, great Elie Wiesel once said, “Whoever survives a test, whatever it may be, must tell the story. That is his duty.” A servant leader, visionary, Author, Editor and Ghostwriter, Angie Ransome-Jones has made this her mantra in terms of how she lives and how she inspires others. Angie is best known for her bestselling book, “Path to Peace, A Guide to Managing Life After Losing a Loved One,” which she published in 2015. The book chronicles her journey of finding peace after the sudden and devastating loss of her father and also serves as and a tool in educating readers on the importance of preparing their families for “the inevitable.”
Angie’s strong belief that “everyone has a book inside of them,” led her to launch her Ghostwriting & Consulting business (Cover-to-Cover, LLC), which allows her to write and edit for, as well as coach and mentor new, up-and-coming authors. Since that time, she has penned two books and is currently working on four more – five of which will be featured as part of her 2019 Behind the Ghost book tour. When Angie is not making “literary magic,” she is busy working full-time as a Banking Vice President, serving as a board member for the University of North Texas Alumni Association (UNTAA), as a mentor for such student organizations as the UNT Professional Women’s Council (PWC), as a chartering member and mentor for National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW-DFW) and as an avid volunteer for such organizations as VNA Meals on Wheels and our very own JB Dondolo.
